Foundation Programs

The Foundation augments programs and activities that tax dollars are unable to provide. Tax dollars are not always available for some of the activities that make living in South Barrington so memorable. The Community Enhancement Foundation of South Barrington relies on monetary gifts. The Foundation has an IRS charitable 501c3 tax status so monetart gifts are tax deductible. Volunteers are also necessary to serve on the Board of Directors and participate in committee activities.
The South Barrington Community Foundation is proud to be in partnership with many community organizations, including; South Barrington Police department, South Barrington Park District, South Barrington Garden Club, Barbara Rose School, Barrington High School, Conservancy of South Barrington, Barrington Rotary Club, Barrington Area Library, Frank Galanti, Jr. Memorial Fund, and the Les Ronto Memorial Fund.
